The liar would have us believe that he has created some BREACH that is bigger or more powerful than the covenant-authenticated armor of the Lord of Hosts. But remember, just as darkness is but the absence of light, a BREACH is but a hole to be covered. And Jesus has done the lighting of the darkness and the covering of the naked BREACHES in our lives. ~ Makala Doulos
Breaches, or gaps, are holes in the walls of the fortress of a Christian’s heart. They are places we’ve allowed Satan to enter every time we say yes to sin. God grieves over our sins, warning of breaches and eventual destruction as a result. He told ancient Israel that because they sinned through rebellion by trusting in Pharaoh rather than him, “This iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant” (Isaiah 30:13).
Yet some have had the courage to stand in the gap in order to repel the enemy, until God himself closes the breach through atonement. Moses was one. After Israel sinned by worshipping a golden calf, God wanted to destroy them (Exodus 32:9-14). But he did not because “Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath” (Psalm 106:23).
Other times, God has lamented that none have had the courage to stand in the gap. That’s what happened in the days of the prophet Ezekiel, when false prophets said God wasn’t punishing them for sin and Babylon wasn’t going to conquer Jerusalem. Because they didn’t stand in the gap but made the breach worse, God had to punish them and destroy the land.
Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD. … And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. (Ezekiel 13:5, 22:30)
There’s a giant breach in the church of Jesus Christ today: “gay Christian.” The same is true of “gay marriage.” Both are gross oxymorons. Believing God smiles on either is to deny the cross of Christ and call him a liar. Such lies, straight from the pit of hell where the devil reigns, have also sent people to that hell for eternity. Narnia producer Perry Moore (1971-2011) was just one. If they don’t repent, receive God’s grace in Christ, and let God change them then Kirk Talley, Jennifer Knapp, Ray Boltz, Matt Moore, and Justin Lee [founder of The Gay Christian Network who spouted lies today on Tumblr] will join Perry! Otherwise, hell is their eternal destiny.
I used to scoff when my mother and Christians in the media said homosexuality (and bisexuality and transgenderism and pansexuality) was demonic. I don’t scoff anymore. I think they’re right. Romans 1 makes the cause of homosexuality crystal clear. Refusing to worship God as God leads to idolatry and pride, both sins of Satan. As a result, God himself gives these people up to unnatural, demonic sexual attractions. Anything that denies Christ (light, life, truth) or is unnatural is demonic. That includes abortion, bestiality, pedophilia, murder, suicide, witchcraft, and atheism. Read the blog posts below.

Yet there’s a vast difference between wanting to change and thinking there’s no need to change. Homosexual attraction is sinful and wrong, whether or not one engages in same-sex behavior. I believe that when a person repents and turns to Christ, same-sex attraction can wholly disappear and God himself can make that person straight – in sexual attraction, not just sexual behavior. Christian songwriters Dennis Jernigan and Donnie McClurkin are living evidence of this truth. So is Rosaria Butterfield. Read her testimony on Christianity Today. After all three repented of their sins, Jesus saved and changed them. They experienced the new birth. So have thousands of others. I will never support “gay Christians.” They’re preaching a false gospel and denying the cross of Christ.
For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things. ~ Philippians 3:18-19
In Galatians, Paul warns his spiritual children about Judaizers, who believed Gentile Christians had to obey the Mosaic Law, specifically circumcision and feasts (ritual law), in order to follow Jesus. They were preaching a false gospel, one the Jerusalem Council struck down in Acts 15. The law is holy, but all it does is make us aware of our sin. Jesus Christ died to fulfill the law, not destroy it. Only through faith in Christ (love for him) can we obey the law, which he writes on our hearts and minds. This means the moral law, not the dietary and ritual laws that have no eternal value. “The kingdom of God isn’t meat and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit” (Romans 14:17).
This is where gay Christians and those who advocate gay marriage mess up. They’re anti-nomians (against the law) who want to destroy the law altogether. They think, “If I don’t have to avoid shellfish or observe the Sabbath or be circumcised, I don’t have to avoid sex sin. The law against homosexuality doesn’t apply to me.” Jesus came to fulfill the law, not destroy it. Grace isn’t the license to sin but the freedom to serve, love, and obey. But gay Christians want that license. They trouble those who believe and fear God’s moral law. They’re dogs and I pray God cuts them off (Galatians 5:12). I pray he does this with every church and organization affiliated with the name “Christian” that approves of homosexuality and gay marriage, cheapening God’s grace. “If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed” (Galatians 1:9).
Moses wasn’t nice to idolaters. Jesus and the apostles weren’t nice to Pharisees. Paul and John weren’t nice to Judaizers, anti-nomians, and Gnostics. So I’m not going to be nice to “gay Christians” and those who support “gay marriage” in the church. These dogs preach a false gospel and they do not know Jesus, however “kindly” they spread their lies. Do you know why? “They zealously court you, but for no good; yes, they want to exclude you, that you may be zealous for them” (Galatians 4:17). Read Galatians, 2 Peter 2, and Jude 4. That’s what these people are like.
I pitied Perry Moore and prayed for him. I cried when he did. I’m praying for Matt Moore and Kirk Talley now. They both desperately need divine help. They need to experience the refiner’s fire! But I don’t pray for the others I named. I will never stop preaching the truth that you cannot be gay AND be a Christian. The two are mutually exclusive.
I pray God opens the eyes of your heart and mind to the gross darkness that homosexuality really is. I pray he helps you flee darkness, lies, and sin and leads you to light, truth, and holiness. I pray God helps you stand on the rock of truth – Jesus Christ. Christian fled the city of destruction in Pilgrim’s Progress. Are you spiritually fleeing the destruction around you, and the certainty of God’s wrath?
Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful (Proverbs 27:6). Look at what is said, not how or by whom. Truth in an ugly package is still truth. Lies in a pretty package are still lies. God’s son came as a poor carpenter, not a rich king. All that glitters is not gold. Don’t be deceived by the “kindness” of those who are for homosexuality or the “roughness” of those who are for holiness. The candy of sin may taste good, but the eternal result isn’t sweet. Truth may be hard to swallow, but its eternal fruit is joy. It is God’s truth we must cling to, not the lies the world and its ruler the devil give us.
God wants a spouse (of the opposite gender) and children for you. It’s his will that everyone marry and reproduce. That’s how we’re biologically designed. Yes, God wants holiness. But his desire for everyone is also heterosexuality, within marriage. People may corrupt that with pedophilia, fornication, adultery, divorce, incest, and masturbation. It doesn’t change God’s natural design or holy standard. He made us male and female to complement each other in marriage for life (Genesis 2:23-24). This marriage points to the greater mystery of Christ (male) and the church (female) in Ephesians 5:25-32, the wedding heaven will celebrate (Revelation 19:7-9).
God’s anointing breaks the yoke, the yoke of bondage and sin. “It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil” (Isaiah 10:27). If you want to be free from sin so you can love God with your whole heart, mind, soul, and strength (which is all he wants of you – to know and love God as he knows and loves you), then repent and give all of yourself to God. Change is possible, but only through surrender. Die to yourself and the flesh by taking up the cross. Learn to walk in the Spirit, not the flesh. Saturate yourself in God’s presence via prayer, the Word, and worship. God promises us that when we surrender, the fire of his anointing falls. This fire purifies and cleanses. Read my blog post “Give the world a fish.”
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such WERE some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. ~ 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Spiritual change from gay, bisexual, or transgendered to straight IS possible. God is willing. You just have to believe and receive.
The Sleeping Church
When principles that run against your deepest convictions begin to win the day, then battle is your calling, and peace has become sin; you must, at the price of dearest peace, lay your convictions bare before friend and enemy, with all the fire of your faith. ~Abraham Kuyper
The church today is asleep. She’s playing, not praying – while homosexuals are being deceived by the demonic cultures around them and dropping into hell at alarming rates. I ask everyone who calls him or herself a Christian, have you repented of sin in your life? Have you let the atoning cross of Christ repair the breaches of your heart? If not, do it today. Then take courage and join the fight for truth. What are you doing to repair the spiritual breaches? “Judgment must begin at the house of God” (1 Peter 4:17)!
Private: seek holiness and purity in your body, heart, mind, and soul. Public: stand up for holiness and Christian marriage = one man and one woman for life. Support the following Christian ministries through prayer, volunteering, giving, and word-of-mouth. [I am suspect of Exodus International because they don’t believe gays can change. Don’t support them.]

I believe that in the coming worldwide revival, in the midst of great persecution, God will hold up the standard of Christian marriage and family in the public lives of various couples. He’ll show the world what true love is, as well as its divine progression – from agape to phileo to eros.
- Agape: unconditional self-sacrifice, the cross of Jesus Christ on Calvary. See John 3:16, Romans 5:8, and 1 John 4:10. When we repent and receive God’s gift of love in Jesus, he leads us to…
- Phileo: conditional covenant of friendship, both with God and Christians (our spiritual family). See John 15:13-14 and James 2:23. When we surrender wholly to Christ on the altar of self, he leads us to…
- Eros: conditional covenant of marriage. See Romans 12:1-2 and Revelation 19:7-9. Jesus Christ, the divine bridegroom, died for his human bride, the church. Read Song of Solomon!
God has promised us that, in the last days, he will “raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old” (Amos 9:11). Every faithful generation is called by God to “build the old waste places and … raise up the foundations of many generations” (Isaiah 58:12). This takes great courage. Yet we will be called by others “the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in” (58:12). Let’s take up the cross today!
